enchant you. Treat yourself to a relaxing and well-being break during a getaway in the countryside, in the country of Guîtres, out of time and

far from the noise. Come and discover the SOUTH-WEST, country of "good living", in the land of Gironde, steeped in history, between

forests and vineyards, plains and valleys . At the heart of the Domaine, we welcome you to a house full of character.

Welcoming land between pays d'Oc and pays d'Oil, Guîtres is located in the northern part of the department of Gironde, near Libourne,

and not far from the departments of Charentes and Dordogne.

This territory is an integral part of the Pays du Libournais and of its prestigious vineyard, like the appellations of Saint-Emilion and

Pomerol, ensuring it an international reputation.

Guîtres is a wine town whose tourist vocation is justifies by its important heritage and a rich history, which notably enabled it to

welcome Henri IV, Louis XIII and Louis XIV.

The small town of Guîtres is built on a hillside where it is crossed by three rivers: the Isle, the Lary and the Galostre. It is this

particularity that earned it its name since Guîtres comes from the Latin "Aquistriae", meaning three streams.
